As much fun as it is being a carnivore, you can't just survive on meats, and the wilderness provides everything a growing boy or girl needs to round out your nutrition if you know where to look.

Fruits, nuts, and berries are just what the doctor ordered- and they are relatively simple to find. Most of them can be eaten on their own for minimal value, but where they shine is when they are included in various recipes like pemmican, preserves, and makeshift trail mixes.

The nutrition feature in the Wilderness Project is an ongoing work in progress and slowly being implemented into the system.
